交流合作 | 国际仓联拜访博茨瓦纳驻华大使馆，探讨仓储物流合作

2025年6月25日，国际仓储与物流联盟（国际仓联，以下简称“IFWL”）代表团一行拜访博茨瓦纳驻华大使馆，与三等参赞Marang Motlaleng围绕海外仓建设、跨境物流合作等议题进行了深入交流。国际仓联副秘书长周武秀介绍了中国企业在全球仓储物流领域不断拓展的发展趋势，表示希望加强与非洲国家在政策、标准、产业等方面的沟通协作，推动形成多方参与、互利共赢的合作格局。

In June 2025, a delegation from The International Federation of Warehousing and Logistics (IFWL) visited the Embassy of the Republic of Botswana in China. They held in-depth discussions with Mr. Marang Motlaleng, Counsellor III, focusing on topics such as overseas warehouse development and cross-border logistics cooperation. Nany Zhou, Deputy Secretary-General of IFWL, introduced the expanding role of Chinese enterprises in the global warehousing and logistics sector and expressed the hope to strengthen communication and collaboration with African countries on policy coordination, standardization, and industry development, aiming to foster a multi-party, mutually beneficial cooperation framework.

Motlaleng参赞对IFWL来访表示欢迎，并简要介绍了博茨瓦纳在区位、政策和投资环境方面的基本情况。他提到，博茨瓦纳政府支持以长期租赁形式引入海外投资，鼓励推动行业间的交流与合作。

Counsellor Motlaleng warmly welcomed the IFWL delegation and provided an overview of Botswana’s geographic advantages, policy environment, and investment climate. He noted that the Botswana government supports foreign investment through long-term leasing arrangements and encourages inter-industry exchanges and cooperation.

双方一致认为，可通过与博茨瓦纳商务部、交通部等相关部门建立沟通机制，探索中博在仓储物流领域的务实合作路径。博茨瓦纳驻华使馆愿为相关交流提供支持，助力中非合作不断深化、落地见效。

Both parties agreed on the importance of establishing communication mechanisms with relevant Botswana government departments, including the Ministry of Trade and the Ministry of Transport, to explore practical cooperation opportunities in the warehousing and logistics sector. The Embassy of Botswana in China expressed its willingness to support exchanges related to the deepening and effective implementation of China-Africa cooperation.
